InvoiceBeaver ("we", "us") operates the InvoiceBeaver web application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information we collect
Account information (name, email), business details you enter, invoice and client data, payment records, and usage analytics when enabled.
How we use it
To provide invoicing, PDF generation, email delivery, payment processing, and customer support. We do not sell your data.
Third parties
We use Supabase (hosting/auth/database), Vercel (web hosting), Railway (PDF rendering), Resend (email), and Stripe (payments). Each has their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Export or delete your account data anytime from Settings. Contact us at the support email on your account for other requests.
