Service

InvoiceBeaver provides invoicing, estimates, catalogs, client management, PDF generation, payment links, reminders, and related tools for trades and field service businesses. Features may vary by plan. We may update, add, or remove features as we improve the product.

Your content

You retain ownership of invoices, estimates, client data, catalogs, photos, and other business information you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve InvoiceBeaver for you and your workspace members, including sending documents and payment links you initiate.

Accounts and billing

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Paid plans, trials, and renewals are handled through our payment providers (for example Stripe or app-store billing). You are responsible for the accuracy of amounts, taxes, and content on invoices and estimates you send.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, scrape or reverse-engineer the product beyond what applicable law allows, send spam or fraudulent invoices, or use InvoiceBeaver for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payments

Optional card payments and payouts may be provided through Stripe. Availability depends on Stripe and your eligibility. Stripe's terms apply to payment processing. We are not a bank or money transmitter.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." InvoiceBeaver is not a tax advisor, accountant, or law firm. We are not responsible for tax, legal, or financial decisions you make based on information in the app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CircleRoll LLC disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
