InvoiceBeaver ("we," "us"), operated by CircleRoll LLC, provides invoicing, estimating, and payment tools for trades and field service businesses. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information we collect
Account information (name, email, phone). Business details you enter (company name, address, trade, branding). Invoice, estimate, client, catalog, and payment records you create. Photos and files you attach to jobs or invoices. Usage analytics only when you choose Accept all in our cookie banner (stored as ib_cookie_consent=all). How we use your information
To provide invoicing and estimates, PDF generation, email and text delivery, payment links and payment processing, client portals, reminders, reporting, and customer support. We use your data only to deliver these features. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Payments
Card and payment processing may be handled by Stripe (including Stripe Connect where enabled). Payment credentials are handled by Stripe under Stripe's terms and privacy policy; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Third parties
Supabase (hosting, auth, database), Vercel (web hosting), Railway (PDF rendering and background jobs), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), and analytics providers. Each maintains its own privacy policy. We share only what is necessary for these services to function.
How we protect your information
Data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Production access restricted via role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication.
Data retention and your rights
Export your account data anytime from Settings. Delete your account and associated data from within the app; on deletion we remove your data from production systems within 30 days, except where limited retention is required by law (for example tax or accounting records we are required to keep). Contact us for other privacy requests.
Consumer consent
We collect, process, and store your data only after you consent, and only to provide the features you use.
