What happens when my trial ends?
You keep Free: invoices (10/mo), pay links, export, and your data. Pro features like unlimited invoices and auto-reminders pause until you upgrade.
Do you freeze pay links if I cancel?
No. Connect and client pay links are never frozen on Free or after cancel.
Can I export if I leave?
Yes. CSV and bulk PDF export stay free forever — we never hold your data hostage.
How does Ask Billie work?
Weighted credits: ask 2, rewrite 2, draft 5, voice 6. Free includes 25/mo; Pro 400; Business 2000. Top up 200 credits for $4.99 — purchased credits never expire.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. No phone calls, no retention maze.
What's the platform fee on card payments?
Free includes a 1% InvoiceBeaver platform fee on card pay links (plus Stripe processing). Pro and Business are 0% platform fee — you only pay Stripe's processing fees.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro is for solo operators who need unlimited invoices, reminders, and deposits. Business adds more seats, recurring, milestones, QuickBooks export, and priority support.
